on the three "F's": Final reporting, Feedback, and Fulfilment. Final reporting
includes full budget versus actual expenditures and summaries, together with
a complete event report and measurement of agreed metrics - audience acquisition,
sales leads, increased brand awareness, visitor numbers, press coverage and
sponsorship and exhibitor revenues.
Feedback is of crucial importance in developing a strong event, with good
repeat business.
Versio staff take direct feedback during the event. The event website delivers
low-cost but dependable post-event on-line reporting and our telemarketing
team also samples the audience when they're back in the office, or at home.
Sales lead generation and closing is usually the main business driver in face
to face marketing. Versio offers lead tracking and sample/literature fulfilment
services during and post event, as well as sending conference papers to non-attendees
in order to maintain the client:target relationship. |
